Dit artikel is een update van ons \u201cGoed om te weten\u201d-bericht in de <a href='https:\/\/www.bcfi.be\/nl\/articles\/3553?folia=3549'>Folia van maart 2021<\/a>.<br \/> De aanbevelingen geven:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>een <b>risicostratificatie <i>v\u00f3\u00f3r<\/i> de eerste dosis<\/b>&#x002C; met (1) de situaties waarin niet* mag gevaccineerd worden vooraleer de persoon is doorverwezen naar een allergoloog&#x002C; (2) de situaties waarbij strenge voorzorgsmaatregelen vereist zijn&#x002C; en (3) de situaties waarin de standaardvoorzorgsmaatregelen voldoende zijn;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>een <b>risicostratificatie <i>na<\/i> de eerste dosis<\/b>&#x002C; met opnieuw (1) de situaties waarin niet* mag gevaccineerd worden vooraleer de persoon is doorverwezen naar een allergoloog&#x002C; (2) de situaties waarbij strenge voorzorgsmaatregelen vereist zijn&#x002C; en (3) de situaties waarin de standaardvoorzorgsmaatregelen voldoende zijn;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>de risicostratificaties worden ook aangeboden onder vorm van een <b>beslissingsboom.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* E\u00e9n van de situaties waarin de COVID-19-vaccins <b>niet mogen worden toegediend tenzij op advies van een allergoloog<\/b> &#x002C; is gekende overgevoeligheid voor \u00e9\u00e9n van de bestanddelen van het vaccin&#x002C; met vooral aandacht voor <b>polyethyleenglycol (PEG)<\/b> in het geval van de mRNA-vaccins (Comirnaty\u00ae&#x002C; COVID-19 Vaccine Moderna\u00ae) en voor <b>polysorbaat 80<\/b> in het geval van de vectorvaccins (Vaxzevria\u00ae&#x002C; COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen\u00ae).
