L\u2019\u00e9ribuline est propos\u00e9e dans le traitement du cancer mammaire localement avanc\u00e9 ou m\u00e9tastas\u00e9. Ses effets ind\u00e9sirables consistent principalement en des troubles h\u00e9matologiques (surtout neutrop\u00e9nie&#x002C; an\u00e9mie) et en des neuropathies p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques comme avec les taxanes.<sup>1<\/sup><\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019ocriplasmine<\/strong>(<strong>Jetrea<\/strong>\u00ae<img alt='' border='0' height='10' src='https:\/\/www.cbip.be\/images\/surv.gif' width='10' \/>; chapitre 16.12.) est une prot\u00e9ase recombinante utilis\u00e9e en injection intravitr\u00e9enne dans le traitement de la traction vitr\u00e9o-maculaire. Ses effets ind\u00e9sirables consistent principalement en des troubles visuels et des h\u00e9morragies oculaires&#x002C; rarement un d\u00e9collement ou une d\u00e9chirure de la r\u00e9tine&#x002C; le plus souvent dus \u00a0\u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019administration.<sup>2<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>La sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 <strong>Relenza<\/strong>\u00ae \u00e0 base de l\u2019antiviral <strong>zanamivir<\/strong> (chapitre 11.4.2.) \u00a0est retir\u00e9e du march\u00e9. Le zanamivir \u00e9tait propos\u00e9 en inhalation dans le traitement et la pr\u00e9vention de la grippe saisonni\u00e8re.
